MVAA is a London-based architecture and interior design studio creating thoughtful, characterful spaces shaped around the people who use them.
We approach architecture and interiors as one discipline, working from the scale of the building down to the smallest detail. Rather than imposing a style, every project grows from its people, place and purpose, combining architectural rigour with design sensitivity to create spaces that are intelligent, individual and enduring.
Our work begins with understanding how a space needs to live and function. We look beyond the immediate brief to uncover opportunities in layout, light, circulation and use, making every square metre work harder while maintaining a clear and coherent design vision. Architecture, interiors, materials, bespoke elements and furniture are considered together, allowing each project to develop as a complete whole rather than a collection of separate decisions.
As a director-led studio, we remain closely involved throughout the design process, bringing complementary strengths in creative direction, technical resolution and delivery. This balance allows ambition and practicality to develop side by side, from the first idea through to the details that ultimately define how a space is experienced.

The People
Founded by Keti Malile and Christina Vrabtcheva, MVAA brings together different European backgrounds, complementary creative disciplines and a shared approach to architecture and design.
Different strengths, perspectives and experiences come together through one shared standard, a deep care for how spaces are conceived, made and experienced.
Christina Vrabtcheva
Christina leads the technical direction and delivery of MVAA's projects, bringing particular expertise in construction, technical design and the translation of design concepts into carefully resolved, buildable architecture.
Her approach combines technical precision with a strong creative sensibility. From detailed design through construction and site delivery, she works to ensure that the integrity of the original concept is carried through every stage, balancing design ambition with practicality, performance and craftsmanship.
Christina received her architectural education in Bulgaria before completing her professional qualification at The Bartlett, UCL, in London. Alongside architecture, she studied fashion in Milan, an additional creative discipline that informs her sensitivity to proportion, material, composition and detail.
Her work brings together technical rigour and creative sensitivity, ensuring that ideas are not only beautifully conceived, but beautifully realised.
Keti Malile
Keti leads the design direction of MVAA, working across architecture and interiors from spatial concept through to materiality, bespoke elements and detailed design.
Her approach is rooted in understanding how people experience and inhabit space. Working closely with clients, she looks beyond the brief to uncover opportunities in layout, light, circulation and function, creating spaces that are considered, characterful and personal.
Keti received her architectural education in Albania before continuing her professional studies in London through RIBA's Part 3 programme. Her interest in interiors and spatial experience also led her to undertake specialist studies in hotel design in Bologna.
With a strong sensitivity to materiality, proportion and atmosphere, she brings architectural thinking and interior design into one coherent vision. Her work reflects MVAA's philosophy of combining architectural rigour with design sensitivity and care for detail.
