For Casa Rossi, the ambition centred on a sophisticated social destination where guests could settle comfortably into an evening. Tall windows and generous ceiling heights offered an impressive setting, although the elongated room risked feeling like a corridor lined with furniture. The architecture called for an approach that would preserve its drama while bringing a more intimate scale to conversation and dining.

A sweeping bespoke bar establishes the principal gathering point, opposite a sequence of curved booths that create sheltered settings along the room’s edge. We used deep green marble, burgundy leather and cognac upholstery to bring warmth to pale textured walls and dark herringbone flooring. Olive velvet seating and circular tables soften the linear arrangement, while cascading chandeliers celebrate the height and brass table lamps draw light closer to the guests. Abstract artworks introduce bold accents, with richly veined stone extending the palette into the washrooms. Together, these elements give Casa Rossi an elegant, enveloping character in which grand proportions remain closely connected to the experience of each guest.
